About
ANN GALLOWAY, LPC
RIGHT NOW
You are your own worst critic and you can't turn down that negative voice. You're struggling and can't seem to find relief. You give so much to others--your spouse, children, parents, and friends..and you feel overlooked and drained. You haven't felt like yourself in longer than you can remember. And it is all starting to feel like too much.
YOU TRIED
You've tried a lot of things to find help, talked with your friends and family, read self-help books, attended workshops, spiritual retreats, and have seen a counselor. You need an expert to help you make the necessary changes and give you the right tools that will work for you in order to get your life back on track.
That's exactly what I do!
NICE TO MEET YOU!
I'm Ann Galloway, Licensed Professional Counselor. I help women heal from trauma, depression, anxiety, relational issues, and guide them into returning to their true selves.
We all have that voice calling out from inside, urging us to step into a more authentic and full life, and it is my life's purpose to guide you back into who you really are, the woman you were before her light was covered and dimmed.
More About Me
Credentials: I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Louisiana and I also supervise provisionally licensed professional counselors. I received my Master's of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southeastern Louisiana University. I have extensive experience working with individuals in private practice, children and families via in-home services, and chronic mental health issues via inpatient hospitalization.
Public Speaking: I am passionate about helping women learn, grow, and heal. I share my knowledge through speaking to organizations, transformational workshops, teaching videos, and Facebook.
Enneagram: As an Enneagram informed practitioner, I have been working with the Enneagram, both personally and professionally, for over 18 years. Recognizing the therapeutic value in my own life, I completed the Enneagram Institute's Professional Training Program and it is a cornerstone of my therapeutic practice.
And...I am delighted to work with the best counselor helper, my 10 year old cocker spaniel, Rocky. Rocky loves to greet clients at the door, welcome them in with a few sniffs and a possible lick, and eagerly awaits to comfort when needed.
